the hotel was super clean, and the staff were great. the location couldn't be better – it's right next to Shimizu station and Shin shimizu station. we were pleasantly surprised by all the local hot spots like the gourmet street and ginza shopping street. one standout service was the provision of both a bathtub and shower - perfect for our elderly family member.
